These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between asaa88 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers upon, or otherwise makes use of the services provided through the asaa88 website located at https://asaa88.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Site" or "the Platform").

asaa88 is an online entertainment platform offering casino gaming, sports betting, and related gambling entertainment services to users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. All services are provided subject to the terms set forth herein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any portion of the asaa88 platform, you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close any account you have registered.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on asaa88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age. asaa88 strictly prohibits the registration or use of its services by any individual under 21 years of age. This age minimum applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your country of residence, and takes the stricter standard.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be employed by, or an immediate family member of an employee of, asaa88 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from jurisdictions where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to ascertain and comply with local laws.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the asaa88 Platform. Each individual is permitted one Account only.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false registration details constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

Registration on the asaa88 Platform is free of charge. Upon completing the registration form, you will be required to provide, at minimum, a valid email address or mobile number, a username, and a password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

asaa88 reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any stage, including during the account opening process, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian citizens), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

You are obligated to notify asaa88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. asaa88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately safeguard your login credentials.

asaa88 supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice and is subject to processing partner terms.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds deposited on behalf of a Player by another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and potential Account suspension.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 (unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion).
• Maximum deposit amount: RM30,000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP tier accounts upon request).
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly; FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes.
• asaa88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

asaa88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to request supporting documentation confirming the source of funds where deposits exceed prescribed thresholds.

Players may request withdrawal of funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes for verified accounts; processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable Turnover Requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been fully met.
• asaa88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all requested documents are received and verified to our satisfaction.
• asaa88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving financial institution may impose its own charges.
• Where a Player has not made any real money wagers since their last deposit, asaa88 reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee from the withdrawal amount to cover processing costs.

asaa88 offers a variety of promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all asaa88 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum Turnover Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier is specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute less than 100% towards Turnover Requirements, or may be excluded entirely. Live casino and sports betting may have separate contribution rates from slot games.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the Account.
• Bonus Abuse: Players found to be systematically exploiting bonuses — including through matched betting techniques, low-variance gaming strategies, or use of multiple accounts — will have all bonuses voided and may face Account suspension.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time.
• asaa88 Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect promotions already in progress on an individual Account.

All bets placed on the asaa88 Platform — including casino game wagers, sports betting selections, and any other real money gaming activity — are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform.

• A bet is considered binding and final once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. You are solely responsible for verifying all bet details before confirming a wager.
• asaa88 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event or outcome the result of which was already known at the time the bet was accepted.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error during the course of a game or sporting event, asaa88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface or odds board.
• asaa88 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet, including accumulator or parlay bets on sporting events such as EPL or Liga Super Malaysia matches, as published in the applicable sports betting rules.
• All sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In cases of ambiguity, asaa88's determination of the outcome shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the asaa88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or circumvent any security measure.
• Colluding with other players in any game — including, but not limited to, live poker, live blackjack, or any other multi-player format.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game to generate profit.
• Using the Platform in any manner that may cause disruption, harm, or impairment to other players or to asaa88's systems and infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any software operated by asaa88.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting in relation to sporting events available on the Platform.

All content on the asaa88 Platform — including but not limited to software, games, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of asaa88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of asaa88.

The asaa88 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of asaa88. Unauthorised use of asaa88's intellectual property — including for the purpose of creating imitation or phishing sites — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, asaa88 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with:

• The use of, or inability to use, the asaa88 Platform or any of its services.
• Errors, interruptions, defects, or delays in the operation of the Platform, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• The loss of any wager or gaming session, whether resulting from Platform malfunction or Player decision.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account attributable to the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Force majeure events including, but not limited to, acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or other circumstances beyond asaa88's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, asaa88's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

asaa88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion and without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• Continuation of the Player's Account presents a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to asaa88.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion through the Platform's responsible gambling tools.
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon voluntary Account closure by a Player, any real money balance remaining in the Account (net of any unsettled Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Turnover Requirements) will be refunded to the Player's most recently used payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

asaa88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and asaa88 recognises that a minority of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviour over time.

asaa88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage their spending.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from asaa88. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable session duration reminders that prompt a review of time and money spent during a gaming session.

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data provided by Players in connection with the use of the asaa88 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the asaa88 Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on matters relating to data processing, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

asaa88 processes personal data for the purpose of operating your Account, processing transactions, complying with AML and KYC obligations, improving the Platform, and, where you have provided consent, sending promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

asaa88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. In the event of a material change to these Terms, asaa88 will endeavour to notify active Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the asaa88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange closure of your Account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. asaa88 operates as an online entertainment platform and it is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and asaa88 relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via the asaa88 customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration.

asaa88's decisions with respect to the settlement of bets, calculation of winnings, bonus eligibility, and Account status shall be final and binding in all circumstances, except where manifest error can be demonstrated.
